Ideas for Brunch
“I enjoy entertaining, but I am less confident with brunch than any other meal.
Recently, the only time a group of us could get together was for a Sunday brunch…
So, this is what I served (along with “bloodies”, of course)!
I served bon appetit’s “Baked Eggs with Bacon and Spinach” in individual skillets,
baked cheese grits in ceramic apples (acquired from Bergdorf’s 20+ years ago)
and 2 types of grilled sausage. It seemed like a lot of meat, but the guys loved it!”
