Where are you located?

We are located in The Galleries on Peachtree Hills in the heart of Buckhead in Atlanta, GA, next to the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC).

What are your business hours?

Our regular store hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Our summer hours for the showroom are Monday - Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Our shipping methods are determined by type of item. We ship using USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Can you ship items? If so, what is the cost?

Yes, we can ship items to most destinations. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the item(s). With most items, we simply pass on a shipping and packing fee to the customer and ship via UPS, always insured. For expedited shipping, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order. Do you charge sales tax?

Edgar-Reeves is registered to collect sales tax in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, as required by law. Please know, your order(s) will be taxed unless valid tax exemption documentation has been received prior to order placement. Please note, sales tax is not collected on gift card purchases.

How do I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Due to our fast processing and fulfillment times, we’re unable to change an order once it’s been placed. (Please note: Payment is processed at the time of shipment.) If you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request.

*Please Note: In-stock merchandise typically ships within 2–3 business days from the time an order is processed. Custom products are made just for you and therefore cannot be cancelled.

I received an item damaged. What do I do?

If you receive an item damaged, please hold on to the item(s), keep the original packaging, and get in touch with us immediately at 404-237-1137 or onlineorders@edgar-reeves.com. Please keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return. We are happy to assist you with this.

What is a reserve?

A reserve is the right of first refusal. Reserves automatically expire after three days, unless otherwise communicated with the Edgar-Reeves employees.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Edgar-Reeves accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as checks.

Do you allow approvals?

Yes, we are happy to allow 5 days for in-home approval on most items. Once an item leaves Edgar-Reeves, you assume full responsibility for any damage. All merchandise must be either purchased or returned within 5 days, unless a longer time period is agreed on.

Do you offer a trade discount?

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, get in touch with us at onlineorders@edgar-reeves.com or call us at 404-237-1137 to start your return. Please keep the following in mind during the return process— returns must be received in original condition within 30 days of receipt. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless an item is defective or damaged upon arrival. For more information, please access our Return Policy.
